Hurricanes, Fires, Tornadoes, Flooding, and other natural disaster wreak havoc on communities and sometimes result in total devastation. After the damage is done, Packaged ice and water becomes a necessity in most cases as water and electrical supplies are often either inoperable in the community or, in some cases, contaminated.

So Iccy is ready to work with state and local entities or their brokers to manage the procurement of critical commodities, like packaged ice and bottled water. These support efforts may extend to the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA), the Salvation Army, and the Red Cross as part of the federal government’s unified national response. So Iccy supports communities and first responders during times of need.

With the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) climate prediction center forecasting the onset of drought-like conditions, this wildfire season is going to be a pretty intensive one.
