RENTAL PROTECTION PLAN· THE RENTAL PROTECTION PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE. The Rental Protection Plan is mandatory for ALL CUSTOMERS. Upon accepting the Rental Protection Plan, the Customer agrees to pay a charge equal to 15% of the rental costs of the Equipment. In return, So Iccy agrees to waive specific claims for accidental damages to or theft of such covered Equipment occurring during normal and careful use. The customer remains liable for all other damages outlined in the Rental and Service Terms.

A Cooler Trailer is a revolutionary way to transport, distribute and store your frozen or refrigerated product. Our 110-volt units are able to freeze or cool, making your job easy. These small portable refrigerated and freezer trailers are amazing in versatility and simple to use.
Due to Insurance Liability, we are NOT able to offer self-pickup. We will deliver your trailer, provide the generator, if necessary (additional charges apply), pre-cool the unit, and pick it back up when you are done.
No. Our units are not to be moved by your vehicles of any kind or by hand. Upon delivery, the unit will be locked and secured and will not be able to be moved or relocated unless we are contacted.
Our refrigerated trailers and freezer trailers are capable of maintaining temperatures between 0˚F and 40˚F.
Each unit requires about 30 minutes to set up. Once setup is complete, your unit will be at the desired temperature and ready in minimal time.
Of course, you don’t need to wait for the unit to reach an operating temperature to start moving supplies into the trailer. However, it will take longer to reach the desired temperature with the doors open.
So Iccy's refrigerated trailers are all electric and require only 110V and 20 amps. A 50’ electrical cord is provided with all units.
An electrical outlet is required to be within a 50’ range. So Iccy is not responsible for any contents due to a power failure when using customer-supplied power. A gas generator can be provided for an additional fee. Customers are not allowed to use their own generators!
